What is included in every hire:
Full vending machine hire for 2 or 3 hrs
Dispensed items of your choice, including mini prints, themed stickers, or temporary tattoos. Add-ons are available on request.
Tokens for use in the machine
A personalised machine insert* featuring your event or party name.
Complete delivery, setup, and installation.
Hana or Drew - maybe both if we're free! - to manage the machine and assist your guests.
We make the process entirely stress-free for hosts. The machine is fully mechanical and token-operated, meaning there are no messy wires, no power outlets needed, and absolutely no heavy lifting required on your part. All we need is a small designated space for the machine to live, and we handle the rest
* We have a selection of designs created in-house ready to vend. Depending on the package, some of these pieces can be personalised to add names, dates, and even personalised illustrations
** The machine comes loaded with vendible items. This can be Mini-Prints, Stickers, Temporary Tattoos, or a combination of all 3!
We’re pretty obsessed with our in-house prints, but did you know almost all of our designs can be personalised? Whether you want to add names, special dates, or event details to our existing art, turn your favourite photos into sleek line art, or create custom temporary tattoos, mini prints, and stickers—we've got you covered!
We can also supply mini-games and icebreaker challenges; the ultimate way to keep guests entertained during wedding lulls - like between the ceremony and wedding breakfast - or to spark some hilarity late into the evening!

Prices
What happens if we run out of items during the event?
Extra tokens can be added on the day, or pre-arranged in advance as part of a larger package. Just let us know your expected guest numbers when you book and we'll advise on the best fit.
How far in advance should we book, and how far will you travel?
We recommend booking as early as possible for weddings, ideally several months ahead. Delivery is £10 within 25 miles and £20 within 50 miles of Newport. For events further afield, just get in touch and we can discuss options.
Can we combine bold / alt designs with the softer custom line art?
YES! most packages let you mix and match from our full range, so you can pair playful stickers with a delicate custom line-art keepsake in the same machine load.
What's the process for approving a fully custom design?
Send us your photo or idea and we'll create a draft . You'll get a chance to review it before it's printed and loaded into the machine.
Is the machine suitable for young children, and do you supervise it?
Absolutely — Hana or Drew are on hand throughout the hire period to manage the machine and help younger guests use it safely.
What if the weather turns or our plans change?
The machine is fully mechanical just needs a small covered space; no power required. If your plans need to change, get in touch as early as you can and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Our story
A husband & wife
graphic design team
Based in Newport, South Wales, we are the husband-and-wife creative team behind hanadrewthis.
We first met almost 25yrs ago whilst studying graphic design in university.
Driven by a mutual obsession with bold interior design, hands-on making, and the raw energy of rock and skate culture, we build things that stand out. We combine our formal design roots with a DIY ethos to create mini-prints, stickers and temporary tattoos that bring a little more attitude into your space.
